Once I receive your information, we can set up a time to talk about your session in further detail. To book a portrait session with Hazelwood Photography, a $50 non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking (the non-refundable retainer fee is applied toward your balance). In the event of unfavorable weather at the time of your portrait session, we will reschedule if possible. If you are visiting from out of town and will be at the coast for a limited time, we will set up your session for the earlier part of your trip to allow for bad weather days. But, if the weather doesn’t cooperate and rescheduling doesn’t work out, I will refund the retainer fee in those circumstances. All portrait sessions are subject to NC state and local sales tax.
